Non-Discrimination

Liverpool Central School District affirms its intent not to discriminate on the basis of sex or disability in the educational programs or in the activities which it operates, and it is required by the Title IX Act of the Education Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 not to discriminate in such a manner. This policy of nondiscrimination includes the following areas with the exclusions provided by law: counseling services for students, access by students to educational programs, course offerings and student activities.

The Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources Michael Baroody serves as the district's Title IX Coordinator and Civil Right's Compliance Officer. He will provide information, including complaint procedures, to anyone who feels that his/her/their rights may have been violated by the district or its officials.

He can be reached by e-mail to MBaroody@liverpool.k12.ny.us or 315-622-7158.
