Seizure Management Plan

The Liverpool Central School District is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for students.

All children who experience seizures should have a Seizure Management Plan that is completed by the student’s personal health care team and parents/guardian. This plan should include an emergency action plan and seizure history.
