Visitors to School Buildings
Visitors
Visitors are always welcome in our schools. All visitors (including parents) must report to the school office upon entering the building to sign in and receive a visitor pass. The Liverpool Central School District uses the Raptor V-Soft Identification System, which tracks visitors and helps the district keep registered sex offenders out of its schools. A valid state or government-issued ID will be required to obtain a visitor pass. This procedure assists us in avoiding interruption of classes and keeps unauthorized visitors from entering district schools.
Fire Lanes
Parking along a fire lane is prohibited. All fire lanes on district properties are strictly enforced and violators will be ticketed.
Animals on School Property
District policy and towns of Clay and Salina ordinances state that all dogs on district properties must be on a leash. Walking dogs or other leashed animals is not permitted on District playgrounds and athletic fields, including the Liverpool High School athletic complex.
Use of School Facilities
The Liverpool Central School District encourages the use of school facilities by community organizations to the extent that it does not interfere with regular school activities. Interested groups should contact the building principal for a facility requisition form. A certificate of insurance is required for all community organizations and fees may be charged based on activity. Learn more about the use of school facilities.
